Developed a comprehensive Data Management System that is actively used in major government construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The platform supports main contractors, inspectors, and ministry officials—up to the royal family—in monitoring and managing all stages of infrastructure works, including the digitization of seawater desalination and pipeline installation processes.
By centralizing data and workflows, the system brings real-time visibility and efficiency to complex projects, ensuring transparency and high-level oversight at every step.
Developed a real-time Data Management System for Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure projects—specifically overseeing seawater desalination and pipeline installation. The platform empowers contractors, inspectors, ministry officials, and even members of the royal family to monitor progress, quality checks, and reports. With interactive GIS, automated reporting, offline support, and AI-driven insights, it brings unprecedented transparency and control to every construction phase.
A key feature of the Data Management System is its interactive GIS map, designed to give all stakeholders a clear, real-time view of every pipeline and construction site. I focused on creating an intuitive and visually engaging interface, making complex data easy to navigate and understand. This map not only streamlines daily workflows for contractors and inspectors, but also allows ministry officials and leadership to track project progress with confidence—bringing both usability and transparency to the heart of the system.
